Yoga Supplies
We provide 10 yoga mats, 10 bolsters, 10 blocks, and 10 blankets for guest use. While we encourage participants to bring their own mat for comfort and continuity in their practice, we’re happy to offer props as needed throughout the retreat.

Our trained local chef crafts each dish with authentic Costa Rican flavors, using fresh herbs, locally grown and in-season tropical fruits, and seasonal produce sourced from nearby farmers. For your convenience and peace of mind, we offer private airport transfers from Liberia International Airport (LIR) directly to Mística Natural. Our trusted local driver will greet you just outside the arrivals hall and bring you safely and comfortably to our jungle sanctuary.
Your journey begins at Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) in Liberia, Costa Rica — just 75 minutes from Mística Natural. On arrival day, we’ll coordinate a group pickup window to bring everyone to the property together.

We recommend guests plan to arrive by 12:30 PM at the latest to ensure a smooth transfer and timely retreat start.
Travel time: Approximately 75 minutes
A brief stop at a café or grocery store can be arranged prior to arrival.
Space is limited, so we encourage light packing in smaller suitcases or travel packs whenever possible. Laundry service is available onsite, so guests can refresh their clothing during the retreat without overpacking.
We plan to arrive at the retreat between 3:00 and 3:30 PM, depending on the group’s arrival time and pace.
